Tuesday March 9.
Book your travel early on Tuesday—you won't want to miss a single moment of the
afternoon's events! Join us for check-in and The Exchange—a tradeshow with
Hamptonality—from 1 pm to 7 pm. For the first time, we'll also offer pre-conference
(optional) workshops during the afternoon on this first day of conference. After
visiting The Exchange and brushing up on your training at breakout sessions,
you may want to hit the town. For ideas on what to see and do in the "Big D," check
out our Dallas Attractions
tab.
Wednesday March 10 and Thursday March 11.
We're planning two action-packed days. Both mornings, we'll come together for general
sessions led by Phil Cordell and the Hampton senior leadership team. In the afternoons,
we're offering a variety of breakout sessions that will equip you with the training
you need to lead your team in 2010. Both of the evening events on these dates bring
Hamptonality to the forefront. You'll have a chance to build your circle of Hampton
friends while celebrating our brand personality and vision.
Friday March 12.

pond and tennis courts, 3 swimming pools and a full-service health & fitness center.
These are just a few (thousand) reasons why the stunning Hilton Anatole is the perfect
location for our "Big" Brand Conference.
To reserve your room at our conference rate of $159 per night, book in our conference room block.
A few things to note about this special rate:
- It doesn't last forever. This rate will be available through
February 9, or until the block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
- It comes with perks. We are so pleased to announce that this
negotiated rate includes free in-room internet usage and access to the Anatole's
private fitness center, the Verandah Club.
- It requires a deposit. Your credit card will be pre-charged
for a deposit (the cost of one night’s stay), which will be applied to the balance
of your stay in March. You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before
your check-in date to receive reimbursement for this deposit.

Customize Your Learning Journey
How do you make a circle extra strong? You focus on a goal, leverage resources and link it all together through practical and inspired action. Covering a broad array of subjects, our 2010 Hampton Brand Conference training provides this important link.
We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to shape your own conference training experience by choosing the four breakouts sessions that interest you most. In addition, you'll also have a chance to sign up for one of our two pre-conference (optional) workshops, offered on the afternoon of March 9. Please note: You must be registered to select this training.
It has more shopping per capita than any other U.S. city, it birthed the invention
of the frozen margarita machine and it inspired the hit TV series that shares its
name. What's not to love about Dallas, Texas? If you've reserved a few days before
or after the conference to spend in the city, consider taking advantage of some
of the following Dallas attractions.

At conference, we want you to be comfortable. Daytime attire is business casual,
and comfortable shoes are a must. (Remember, the Hilton Anatole is BIG!)
Tuesday night:
After an afternoon at our tradeshow, The Exchange, you can spend some time
enjoying our host city or catch up with friends at the hotel. The proper attire
for this evening depends on what you plan to do!
Wednesday night:
We'll be wrangling up some Texas-sized fun when we go off-site for our first evening
event. Let your Hamptonality run wild as you pack for this party. Boots, jeans,
hats, lassos-we can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Thursday night:
On our last evening together, we're transforming the Anatole into "Club Hampton."
Two unique lounges will offer music and entertainment to cap off our brand conference
with "irresistible personality." What to wear? Just put on whatever you would wear
to a club in your hometown. (Caveat: You may want to think again as you consider
those bright red hot pants in the back of your closet. Remember, you do work with
these people.)
